Logging into Canary
  1. Select “Memberweb” from the BWI Bookmarks folder.
  2. Login to the system.
  3. A list of applications will appear on the screen, including the option to book an Employee Reservation. One is “Canary GMS” select it.
  4. Canary will auto-login and is ready for use. Keep this tab open throughout your shift, it will be needed to communicate with guests, approve check-ins, and check-outs.
Set a Wakeup Call

Option 1: Set via a Front Desk phone

  1. Tap the touch screen button for “Wakeup” at the bottom of either FD phone.
  2. Enter the guest’s room number, then #.
  3. Press 1 to set a wakeup.
  4. Press 0 to set a wakeup for today, or 1 to set for tomorrow.
  5. Enter the hour for the wakeup call in 24hr format, then press #. 01 for 1AM, 07 for 7AM, etc.
  6. Enter the minutes for the wakeup call, two digits, then press #.
  7. Press 1 to activate the call.
  8. Press 1 to set a single wakeup call, or press 2 to set the wakeup call to auto repeat every day (USE WITH CAUTION).
  9. Press 1 ONE MORE TIME to confirm the wakeup call. (If you don’t press this, the wake-up wont happen.)

Option 2: Set via the internet

  1. Visit the Wakeup Call link in the Operations bookmark folder in firefox.
  2. Login using the saved password.
  3. On the left, click “Integrations” followed by “PMS”
  4. Click Add to set a new wake-up call.
  5. Enter the Room number (101 will fill by default, simply delete it and add the correct one.)
  6. Enter the date and time for the wake-up.
  7. Leave the “Redials” and “Intervals” as they’re automatically set and click Save to complete the wake-up setup.
