Use the app to make note of any repairs needed or burned out lights. 4. Tap either General Hotel or Parking Lot to take a picture of repair items. | |
| Conduct a walk of the entire property. Check both parking lots and all three buildings. 1. Be sure to go upstairs and into the gym, vending, and guest laundry. 2. These facilities are available 24hrs a day but make sure everything is ok! | |
| Empty the paper shredder in the back office. | |
| Check the CC folders for this month in Google Drive. 1. If it’s the last day of the month, create next month’s folder if not done already. 2. The prior month’s folder should be moved to “Past”. | |
| Complete a coffee flush cycle using the instructions inside the coffee machine. 1. Make sure the cleaning cup has been placed on the drip tray. 2. Check all the bins and make sure they are filled to the “fill line” on each. 3. If anything is significantly lower than the line – refill using the bags of coffee product. 4. If you fill any product, remember to reset the electronic counter using the instructions inside the machine. | |
| Use a disinfecting wipe (or multi-surface cleaner) to clean the front of the coffee machine. 1. Empty the stand-up trashcan into the back office trash bin. 2. More trash bags can be found under the front desk below Station 1. | |

| Run a Cash Transactions Report. (Reports > Accounting > Transactions). 1. Keep the date the same, Transaction Type is Cash, select your name from the “User” list. 2. Click Generate Report. If you see any cash transactions listed, create a Priority Shift Log. | |
| Set the lobby doors to “Automatic” | |
| Check the waterfall in the lobby! 1. Refill if low, use only distilled water from the breakfast kitchen. 2. The water level should be just below the black plastic cover. | |
| Wipe down the Front Desk top, the keyboards, room key programmers, phone handles and keypads, credit card readers, signature iPad, computer mice, and front desk door knobs with disinfecting wipes. Remember to turn the keyboards off prior to wiping down, that will also disable the mouse. | |
