Check-out time is 11:00 am. Should you need an extension, please contact the Front Desk. Express check-out is also available via text or email.
Amenities
High-speed Internet, refrigerators, microwaves, hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, and in-room coffee are available in all guest rooms. Also available are business traveler rooms, suites, kitchenettes, in-room whirlpools, and fireplaces.
Continental Breakfast
A complimentary breakfast buffet is available from 7:00am to 10:00am in the breakfast room located on the 1st floor, the last room before the pool area. A room key is needed to access this area.

Laundry
A card-operated laundry facility is located on the first floor, in the hallway behind the exercise room. The guest laundry is open 24 hours. A full wash/dry cycle costs $5.50. Credit/debit, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Laundry Soap and dryer sheets are available at the front desk. A room key is needed to access this room.

Luggage assistance and storage is available daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Security
Do not leave any valuables in your room or vehicle. We cannot assume responsibility for any stolen articles. Lock boxes for some valuables are available at the front desk.
Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking, including marijuana and eCigarettes, is expressly prohibited in all guest rooms and in all public areas. Guests who smoke inside the hotel will incur a minimum $150 deep cleaning surcharge.
Swimming Pool & Spa
The outdoor pool and spa are open from 9:00 am to 10:00pm. There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Alcoholic beverages along with all glass containers of any kind are prohibited within the pool area.
Parties & Gatherings
Are prohibited unless express written permission is provided by the General Manager.
High-Speed Internet Access
Free high-speed Internet access is available in all guest rooms and public areas. If you do not have your laptop, simply use our complimentary Internet kiosk located in the lobby.
- Select “BWRoseGarden” for your wireless network connection.
- Open your web browser. Our login screen will appear, if it doesn’t do so automatically.
- Enter your room number and the password (located on your room key packet).
Copy & Fax Services
Copy and fax services are available at the Front Desk for a nominal fee from 7:00am to 11:00pm daily. The hotel fax number is (831) 515-3396.

Pets
Pets are accepted for a $30 (plus tax) per night fee. There are designated pet-friendly rooms. Guests who bring pets into non pet-friendly rooms will incur a minimum $150 surcharge.
Vending & Ice
Vending machines with soft drinks, water, snacks, and an ice machine are located around the corner from the lobby. Follow the sidewalk to the right of the lobby doors toward room 103. A room key is needed to access this room.
Wake-up Calls
A wake-up call may be set or deleted 24 hours a day by pressing the “contacts” button on your room phone, then selecting “wakeup calls” and pressing the green dial button. Follow the voice prompts to complete the process.
Quiet Time
Quiet time begins nightly at 10:00pm and extends to 7:00am. Please avoid creating excessive noise during this time. Noise issues can be reported to the Front Desk 24 hours a day by dialing zero on your room phone, or via the chat option on this page.
