Room Disinfectants
All rooms are treated with a disinfectant, EPA approved to kill COVID-19. Electrostatic sprayers are used to disperse this disinfectant onto every surface in your room. It’s strong enough to kill Coronavirus, but still safe for food surfaces. All indoor common areas are treated at least once per day as well.

Our Staff
Our staff will be using masks/face coverings at all times when they are in the presence of other employees or guests. Staff may remove their masks while cleaning rooms, to prevent restricted breathing during strenuous activities but all rooms will be disinfected after cleaning for guest safety. Staff members wash their hands often, and use hand sanitizer when they are unable to reach hand-washing facilities. Cleaning/disinfecting chemicals used in our guest rooms are EPA approved to kill the Coronavirus.

Fitness Rooms
We are following State and County health department guidance on the operation of our fitness rooms. These rooms may be open for use with restrictions, or closed based on current local regulations. When open, follow any instructions on signs/notices posted at the entrance. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are provided. Please be sure to wipe down all surfaces and equipment you come in contact with before and after use. Sanitize your hands prior to picking anything up or using any equipment. Maintain at least 6 ft of distance between yourself and anyone you don’t know (including staff). Wear a mask or appropriate face covering while inside the fitness room (except when working out).

Guest Laundry Facilities
Laundry facilities are available at this time. Please follow any instructions on signs/notices posted at the entrance. Hand sanitizer is provided. Sanitize your hands prior to picking anything up or using any equipment. Laundry rooms are a confined space, so at this time only one guest/family may use the room at a time.

Pool & Hot Tub
We are following State and County health department guidance on the operation of our pool areas. These facilities may be open for use with restrictions, or closed based on current local regulations. When open, follow any instructions on signs/notices posted at the entrance to the pool area. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are provided. Please be sure to wipe down all surfaces and equipment you come in contact with before and after use. Sanitize your hands prior to picking anything up or using any equipment. Masks may be removed while you are actively swimming.

Breakfast Room
Regulations regarding the serving and display of food items are frequently changing and we are doing our best to keep up with modified (often conflicting) State and Local regulations. When breakfast facilities are open, follow any instructions on signs/notices posted at the entrance to the breakfast room. Hand sanitizer is provided. Sanitize your hands prior to picking anything up or using any equipment. Use a napkin to press any control panel buttons on coffee/juice machines. Maintain at least 6 ft of distance between yourself and anyone you don’t know (including staff). Wear a mask or appropriate face covering while inside the breakfast room (except while actively eating). Hot food dispensed from chafing trays are not permitted for use as they are an easy vector for spreading COVID-19. We will return to providing hot food items as soon as we are permitted by food safety authorities.

CDC Vaccine Guidelines and the State of California
The State Department of Public Health has not yet adopted all the CDC guidelines regarding the removal of masks for fully vaccinated persons. At this time, masks are still required to be worn while indoors with people who are not part of your household. These areas include our hotel lobbies, fitness rooms, and breakfast rooms (when open). We will post more information as it becomes available from State and County health officials.
